Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped ItemsFor defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issuemust be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, contact our onlinecustomer service team immediately via the e-mail address BELABRIDAL@YAHOO.COMDepending upon stock availability, BELA BRIDAL will attempt to replace defective, damaged, ormis-shipped items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchaseprice plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s).For all other items, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Store Credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.• Packages returned without an RA # will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 50%.• Processing time for Returns is 5-7 business days.
